Join us for the 2nd annual UMSL Alumni Association 5K Run & Walk on the campus of the University of Missouri-St. Louis. See old friends, meet new ones, enjoy the beautiful surroundings and make strides towards a healthier life. All participants will receive a dri-fit event shirt, the opportunity to win a medal, plus other Triton treats and surprises. All are welcome to sign up!

A portion of the proceeds from the event will benefit the UMSL Veterans Center.

5K run & walk begins at 8 a.m.
Route Information
Packet pick-up
- Friday, Oct. 14 from 9 a.m. - 7 p.m.: Woods Hall (1 University Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63121)
- Saturday Oct. 15 beginning at 7 a.m. at Millennium Student Center Parking Lot
Registration fee
- Alumni, Faculty Staff, Friends $30 before September 14, $40 after
- UMSL Students (currently enrolled): $15
Includes dri-fit short-sleeve shirt (guaranteed for registrations through September 14).
Online registration is open through October 13
Walk up registration will be available

Top three male and female finishers in each of the following age groups:19 and under, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+

Note: awards will be given out in the male and female categories only, but in future years as the event grows, awards will be extended into other sex/gender categories

Affinity Group Contest

Make your alumni chapter’s, group’s or network’s presence felt at this year’s event on This is a great way to engage your alumni/members in a new and different way.

Your participation can earn your group the following perks:

Group name listed with the sponsors on event t-shirt if you reach 10+ registrations. (Deadline for this opportunity is September 10)
Opportunity to enter your group in a drawing for $500 to be used for the purchase of swag
- For every person who registers as part of your group, your group receives an entry in the drawing.
  - Have those registering as part of your group note that (i.e. PLHC, or Chemistry Alumni Council) in the Notes section of the registration module.
  - Faculty, Staff, Significant Others and children count towards your count. Current UMSL students do not.
