The University of Missouri-St. Louis Alumni Awards Season is Officially Open
for Distinguished Alumni Awards and Outstanding Young Alumni Awards Nominations.
SUBMISSION DEADLINE FOR BOTH AWARDS IS JUNE 10, 2013
Do you know a University of Missouri-St. Louis graduate who deserves special recognition? Please help us honor the notable achievements and contributions that our alumni are making in the community and across the nation by nominating them for the following awards and recognitions. DISTINGUISHED ALUMNI AWARDS
The Distinguished Alumni Award was established in 1987 as the University of Missouri- St. Louis Alumni Association's highest graduate honor. The award is presented annually to five university alumni who have made extraordinary career achievements, distinguished themselves through significant community service or gone above and beyond in their interaction/support of the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
The nomination deadline is June10. Recipients will be recognized at the University's Founders Dinner in September.
To nominate an individual for this award, please complete a nomination form via either of the options below. For full consideration, all nominations
must include the following documentation:
a) a completed 2013 Distinguished Alumni Award Nomination Form
b) a professional resume or vita
c) 2 letters of support
Note: Current members of the UMSL Alumni Association Governing Board of Directors are ineligible for consideration.

OUTSTANDING YOUNG ALUMNI AWARD
The Outstanding Young Alumni Award is given annually to recent graduates of the University of Missouri-St. Louis aged 35 or younger for significant early professional achievements in their career and/or civic life which richly inspire other young alumni and bring honor to UMSL. One recipient is selected annually.
The nomination deadline is June 10. Recipients will be recognized at the University's Founders Dinner in September.
