Do you know an outstanding UMSL Business alum that deserves recognition? Consider nominating them for the 2010 Salute to Business Achievement Awards.

The University of Missouri-St. Louis College of Business Administration Alumni Chapter is currently seeking nominations for its 2010 Salute to Business Achievement Awards program. Your assistance is needed to help identify deserving candidates. 

About this Award
The Salute to Business Achievement Award program recognizes alumni of the UMSL College of Business Administration who have demonstrated exceptional personal and professional accomplishments to the University, their profession and/or their community. 

Our goal is to recognize talented alumni in a variety of career stages.  The size and type of the individual’s employer or company is not relevant.  What counts is the achievement and contribution of the individual nominee.  We are seeking Rising Stars, Entrepreneurial Spirits, Outstanding Leaders and Distinguished Career Achievers, among others.  

Criteria
Alumni of theUMSL College of Business Administration may be nominated to be one of the Salute to Business Achievement Awardees. Nominations may be submitted by an individual (including self-nominations), organization, association, corporation, partnership, church or institution.   Each winner will be selected on the basis of achievement or contribution in three or more of the following areas:   

o   Professional leadership or accomplishments
o   Outstanding Service to UMSL and/or its alumni
o   Financial success and economic innovation
o   Social improvement to major contemporary problems
o   Philanthropic contribution or voluntary service
o   Politics or government service
o   Scientific or technological contributions
o   Legal reform
o   Academic leadership or accomplishments
o    Athletic or artistic accomplishment
