EARLY BIRD REGISTRATION: Register by March 16 and be entered in a drawing to win 2 tickets to a Blanche M. Touhill Performing Arts Center performance.  Winner will be announced at the Red and Gold Bash.

CHECK-IN:

o   Step 1: Stop by the Alumni Weekend Headquarters located on the 2nd floor of the Millennium Student Center. 

o   Step 2: Pick up your nametag and welcome packet. 

o   Step 3: Enjoy the weekend!

BOOKSTORE: Enjoy a 25 percent discount during Alumni Weekend at the bookstore, located on the 2nd floor of the Millennium Student Center.  Extended hours are:
               
Friday, April 16: 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.
                Saturday, April 17: 1 to 5 p.m.

GALLERY VISIO: Stop by and view the International Studies photo contest!  Gallery Visio is located on the 1st floor of the Millennium Student Center.  Gallery Visio hours:
                Saturday, April 17: 1 to 5 p.m.

THE MARK TWAIN ATHLETIC AND FITNESS CENTER: Present your official Alumni Weekend nametag to gain admittance to the facility.  Gym hours:
                Saturday, April 17: 9 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. 

CHILDCARE: Complimentary childcare for children ages 3 to 12 years old is available through the University Child Development Center on Saturday, April 17, from 1 to 6 p.m.  Snacks included; note any special dietary needs.  Space is limited, so register early!  Contact the Alumni Office directly to sign up for childcare: (314) 516-5833.

ATTIRE: Business casual or casual is recommended for all Alumni Weekend activities.

PARKING: Complimentary parking in all University lots on April 16 and 17.

CANCELLATION POLICY: To cancel reservations and receive a full refund for paid events, notify the Alumni Office before April 9.  Refunds will not be issued after April 9.
