Welcome UMSL Nursing Graduates
The UMSL Nursing Alumni Chapter currently has nearly 4000 living alumni. Graduates are encouraged to maintain close relationships with the College and with each other.  On November 10, 2009 the UMSL College of Nursing Alumni Chapter was officially reactivated by the Governing Board of the UMSL Alumni Association. All nursing graduates are encouraged to become active members and  join us as we enter an exciting new phase of our history.

Your participation shows support for alma mater and the College of Nursing. It's a great way to give something back and to reacquaint yourself with former classmates and friends. We look forward to welcoming you at our next event and upcoming chapter meetings.

About the Chapter
The UMSL Nursing Alumni chapter is dedicated to the support and enjoyment of fellow UMSL nursing graduates. As a member, you will have the opportunity to meet and share ideas with other nursing professionals and to enhance nursing education overall. We need your involvement and voice to remain a vibrant chapter of the UMSL Alumni Association.

Our Mission
The purposes of the chapter are as follows:

• to stimulate and maintain interest among the nursing graduate and the nursing community in association with the College of Nursing at the University of Missouri-St. Louis
• to offer the opportunity for continuing education in conjunction with the UMSL College of Nursing
• to provide for networking among nursing graduates and to promote communication with fellow graduates on a professional and social level
• to provide a medium whereby the alumni of the College of Nursing may work together for the improvement of both the College of Nursing, the entire University of Missouri St. Louis and the surrounding community
• to act as an informal advisory board to the Dean of the College of Nursing
