IGNITE! The Leadership Conference for UMSL Alumni Leaders is organized and executed by a group of dedicated alumni who also serve dually as members of the Alumni Leadership Council Standing Committee. It is the goal of this committee to equip volunteer leaders with the tools and resources to help them effective ambassadors of UMSL and the UMSL Alumni Association.

The Committee meets throughout the year to advise and guide UMSL alumni affinity organizations, plan the annual IGNITE conference, and recognize outstanding volunteer service.
