John Dohr, BSBA 1974, MBA 1982
Immediately after his college graduation John embarked on a 40-year career as a St. Louis commercial banker. John spent 21 years with the Mercantile Trust Company (now U.S. Bank), starting as an operations management trainee and advancing to Vice President, becoming a Group Manager the Fortune 500 Customer portfolio and responsible for $1.2 billion in loans. After Mercantile, he started his own consulting business, John Dohr Consulting. He then joined Bank of America in 2003 as a Vice President and Private Lending Specialist in Global Wealth Investment Management, advancing to Senior Vice President and Credit Manager. At Bank of America he underwrote and managed an approximately $2 billion portfolio of large commercial loans. He retired in 2016. At present, John volunteers as Docent Leadership Co-Chairperson, and as an Ex-Officio Board Member, at Laumeier Sculpture Park. John has been married to his high-school sweetheart, Mary Sue, for 45 years.

Christine Figge, BSAcc 2002, MAcc 2003 
Christine Figge is a Partner in RubinBrown’s Assurance and Business Advisory Services Groups. Beginning as an intern in 2002, Christine became a team member with the firm, then a manager, then a partner in 2019. She has over 15 years of public accounting and consulting experience. Her knowledge spans industries and includes working with companies directly, as well as with third-party service providers. Christine is a member of the American Institute of CPA's, Missouri Society of CPA's, MOCPA Information Technology Committee, the Institute of Internal Auditors. She is a past member of the UMSL Accounting Advisory Board. Christine has volunteered with Duo Dogs; Young Zoo Friends Advisory Board (treasurer), and co-chair of both Rubin Brown's Community Service and Outreach Day committees.

Kenneth Marx, BSBA 1983 
Ken graduated in 1983 with his BSBA in Accounting. Upon graduation, Ken joined BKD CPAs, where he became partner in 10 years. Ken was primarily considered an audit partner but also provided consulting services such as preparing forecasts and feasibility studies. Ken was involved in over $500 million of revenue bond financings for his clients. After 30 years in public accounting, Ken went on to serve in leadership roles at medical and senior service institutions, including Alexian Brothers Senior Services, where he served as CFO, and Washington County Memorial Hospital, where he served as CEO. Ken is currently the CFO of Delmar Gardens Enterprises. Delmar Gardens has operations in five states and revenues of approximately 300 million dollars. Ken has served on several boards such as the St. Louis Alzheimer’s Association, the UMSL Accounting Advisory Board, the Little Sisters of the Poor Advisory Board and the Ranken Jordan Pediatric Hospital Board.

Steve O'Loughlin, BSBA 1989
Steve O’Loughlin graduated with his BSBA in 1989. After graduation, Steve accepted a position as Sales Manager at the Novi Hilton in Detroit. He later moved back to St. Louis to work at the Marriott Pavilion, holding positions of Housekeeping Manager, Front Desk Manager and Sales Manager from 1990 – 1997. Steve was recognized for achievements with several prestigious awards, including the Marriott Living the Vision Award, and Marriott Sales Manager of the Quarter for the Midwest Region. Additionally, he earned certification as a Certified Meeting Planner. He joined LHM in 1997 as Regional Director of Operations and was named President/COO in 2008. He is highly regarded in the hospitality industry and has served as Past President of the St. Louis Area Hotel Association, Hilton’s IT Advisory Council and the Hilton Owners Advisory Committee. He also serves on the UMSL Business - Leadership Council. His other volunteer efforts have included board representation on Matthews Dickeys, Jazz St. Louis, Innsbrook, and Deacon for the Webster Groves Presbyterian Church. O’Loughlin resides in Webster Groves and with his wife, Crystal. 

January Realista, MBA 2011
January graduated with her MBA in 2011. She began her career with General Electric, serving in information management and corporate audit before transitioning to Express Scripts in 2007, beginning as a Finance Manager. She was promoted four times to Senior Manager-Pharma Strategy and Product Development, Director-Specialty Pharma Integration, Senior Director-Strategic Planning, and Vice President-Technology Delivery and Transformation. Since 2020, January has served as Managing Director, Care Solutions for Evernorth, a new brand for Cigna's growing, high-performing health services portfolio. January is a highly active and involved member UMSL’s Information Systems & Technology Advisory Board in the College of Business Administration. She has served as a judge at UMSL HACK, currently chairs the Economic and Community Development Committee, and is helping develop a new technology-focused summer camp program for youth.
