UMSL Alumni Association Governing Board of Directors
The UMSL Alumni Association Governing Board of Directors has fiduciary responsibility for the affairs of the UMSL Alumni Association. Board members serve on behalf of all alumni. The Board's composition is reflective of the diversity of the UMSL alumni body. To maintain transparency in the business conducted on behalf of the Alumni Association, the current by laws, policies and procedures, standing and special committees member listings, and all meeting documents are posted on this webpage as they become available. Policies and procedures documentation is currently under review.
